CHARLOTTESVILLE – June, 2023– The recently updated EU GMP Annex 1 regulations now mandate that sterile pharmaceutical products adhere to more rigorous container closure integrity (CCI) standards. Lighthouse Instruments is pleased to announce a workshop on Container Closure Integrity Testing and its significance within the industry in light of these regulatory changes.

The workshop will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of CCI testing, covering various aspects, including the underlying theory, a comparative analysis of different methodologies, and the development and validation of test methods. In addition, attendees will receive detailed insights into relevant guidance documents and regulations, such as the USP Chapter <1207> and the new Annex 1 guidelines for CCI.
