Analytical Services
Bringing every headspace analysis method and instrument in-house is not always practical, especially when testing needs shift across a product’s lifecycle.
LIGHTHOUSE Analytical Services gives you access to resources and expertise without added investment. From our R&D and GMP laboratories in Charlottesville and Amsterdam, we offer projects across the full product lifecycle — from method development and validation to stability studies, batch investigations, and routine testing.
Extend Your Analytical Laboratory
When internal testing capacity is limited, Lighthouse Analytical Services can act as an extension of your own analytical laboratory. Customers can send samples to our service labs for R&D or GMP-licensed testing, or choose onsite testing performed at their own facility by a Lighthouse Application Scientist.
Our services are built around non-destructive, laser-based headspace platforms that help generate reliable data for pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes.
Analytical Support Across the Product Lifecycle
Our Analytical Services support a wide range of applications, including container closure integrity testing for products stored at room temperature all the way down to crygenic storage, water activity analysis, IPC oxygen monitoring, gas permeation studies, freeze dryer moisture mapping, and CCI testing on stability.
The services are suitable for parenteral product formulations such as liquids, lyophilized products, and powders, as well as oral solid dosage forms including tablets, pills, and capsules.
Analytical testing is not only about generating results. It is about creating reliable data that supports product development, process understanding, and manufacturing decisions across the complete product lifecycle.
Flexible Testing Options
Whether you need additional testing capacity, support with method development, or help investigating a specific batch or stability issue, LIGHTHOUSE offers flexible analytical service options, both from our labs or on-site at your facility, with the possibility to bring lease equipment on-site as well.
