Gravimetric and Karl Fischer methods measure total moisture, but they miss one key thing: Which water is actually reactive?
Unbound water—measured by water activity testing—is the true driver behind degradation, microbial growth, and formulation instability.
The USP has now recognized this, introducing Chapter <922> Water Activity as a science-based quality parameter.
Join our upcoming webinar:
- Learn when and why water activity gives you more actionable insight
- Understand its impact on lyophilized and oral solid dosage forms
- Prepare your team for the implications of USP <922>
